What is captain equipment in Sea of Conquest?

The hero-side gear layer: trinkets, hero-specific/exclusive options and equipment that also interacts with gems. Ship Parts are a separate hull-side system.

Are exclusive trinkets always best?

Often when properly developed and matched to the hero's kit, but not automatically. Compare the actual effect/level against your best generic option.

Where is the Sea of Conquest gems guide?

The dedicated Gems & Gem Resonance Guide now owns the topic because update 1.1.790 added Resonance Skills and Legendary-Gem thresholds.

Who gets my best trinket?

Usually the permanent hero whose role converts it into the most fleet value — often your main carry, not a temporary flex hero.

Should support heroes use damage gear?

Only when their kit genuinely benefits more from it than survivability/skill uptime. A dead support contributes nothing.
