How do I unlock the lost city in Sea of Conquest?

Through story progress, adventure level and map discovery, with the specific gates varying by season. If the site is visible but locked, the game names the missing requirement.

What fleet should I bring?

A balanced combat fleet — front-line, damage, control, sustain — favouring sustained damage over burst, since encounters are long and multi-stage.

Are there attempt limits?

Usually yes. That makes preparation more valuable than persistence.

What rewards does it give?

Gated upgrade materials, ship parts, trinket materials and occasionally hero shards — the categories that are hardest to farm elsewhere.

Does it reset each season?

The map redraws at rotation, so site availability and position change and entry requirements must be met again.

Usually, though group content is faster and safer where supported. Alliance-mates who have cleared it are your best source of stage-specific advice.
