Finding the Redemption Box In-Game

The redemption panel is buried, which is why this is one of the most searched questions about the game. The exact path:

Getting Codes Right the First Time

Small things break redemptions. All of these are avoidable:

Copy, never type. Codes mix letters and digits in ways that are easy to misread — 0 and O, 1 and l and I, 5 and S. One mistyped character reads as invalid with no hint about which character was wrong.

Watch for trailing spaces. Copying from a Facebook post or a Discord message very often grabs a trailing space or a newline. Some redemption fields trim it; several do not. If a code you are certain is live keeps failing, delete the last character and retype it.

Respect case. Most Sea of Conquest codes are uppercase and most redemption fields are case-sensitive. Paste as published.

Redeem the day you find it. Nearly all codes are event-tied with short windows. Sitting on one for a week is how you turn a valid code into an expired one.

Redeeming Across Multiple Accounts

The one-use limit is per account, not per code, so alts each get their own redemption. On the web that is fast: change the player ID, re-enter the code, done. No need to log in and out of the game.

If you run a farm account or a second server presence, keep a note of the IDs somewhere. Copying them out of the game every time is the slow part.

After You Redeem

Rewards land as mail. What to do with the common ones:

Gems. Bank them. Do not convert to speedups. Save for hero banners or build queue slots — see the progression guide for what actually deserves gem spending.

Draw tickets. Check the hero tier list and the current banner before spending. Pulling on a bad banner with free tickets is still a waste.
