Where is the gift code box in Sea of Conquest?

Avatar → Settings → Gift Code / Redemption Code. It sits inside settings rather than on the main screen, which is why it is hard to find.

I redeemed a code but got nothing. What happened?

Check your in-game mail. Redemption sends rewards to mail rather than adding them directly to your inventory, and unclaimed mail eventually expires.

Can I redeem Sea of Conquest codes on PC?

Yes, both routes work. The in-game Redeem Gifts panel is identical on the PC client, and the web portal is arguably easier there. See the PC guide for client setup.

Why is there no redeem option on my iPhone?

iOS builds do not include the in-game redemption panel. Use the web portal at seaofconquest.com/giftcode with your UID instead.

Do I need my password to redeem on the web?

No, and this matters. Web redemption needs only your UID. Any site asking for a password is phishing.

Why does a code work for my alliance mate but not me?

Either you already redeemed it, or you are on a different regional build, or their account meets a level requirement yours does not.

Can I redeem a code twice for double rewards?

No. One redemption per account, permanently recorded server-side.
